Fisher Housing Study - Link The study is 117 pages, and I need some time to figure out what it means. The presentation will be at our next council meeting this Tuesday evening. It will be open to the public to attend and starts at 6:15 p.m. 2022 Property Taxes - You can now determine your 2022 property taxes since the published certified budget order. The actual dollars a homeowner will pay this year is likely more than 2021 due to increased assessed values of almost all properties. Click here to see 2022 Assessed Values.

R011822B - A Resolution of the Common Council for the City of Fishers Regarding Non-Profit Funding for the 2022 Municipal Budget. Council Action Form I Resolution Planning & Zoning 1. 101121F - Consideration of rezoning of 15 acres from R-3 to PUD-R for 32 single-family homes. Property is located on the south side of 126th St, between Allisonville Rd and Lantern Rd. Project is known as the Lehman PUD, case #RZ-21-9 - Final Reading: Council Action Form I Staff Report I PUD/Ordinance I Exhibit A I will vote yes on this development for many reasons and plan to write a blog about why a subdivision like the proposed is suitable for Fishers. The PUD-R will allow the builder to add 3-5 more homes. 2. 011822 - Consideration of a Text Amendment to various sections of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) - 1st Reading: Council Action Form I Ordinance Cleaning up the law. 3. 011822A - Request to approve a voluntary annexation of one (1) lot known as the Courtyards of Fishers PUD Property generally located northwest of the intersection of Southeastern Parkway and 113th Street, parcel ID 13-16-05-00-00-004.001, consisting of 22.1 acres. Case ANX-21-12 - 1st Reading, Public Hearing: Council Action Form I PUD/Ordinance This parcel is planning to be an aged-based homeowner subdivision with houses in the $500,000 range. 4. 011822B - Request to approve a voluntary annexation of one (1) lot known as the Yin Property generally west of Southeastern Parkway, with a common address of 14985 Southeastern Parkway, parcel ID 13-12-30-00-00- 013-001, consisting of 4.59 acres. Case ANX-21-14 - 1st Reading, Public Hearing: Council Action Form I Ordinance his property is a large home after annexation will pay City taxes. Meeting Adjournment News Around Fishers 1/12/22 - The Reporter Fishers mayor reflects on 2021, looks forward to what’s coming in 2022 1/11/22 - New Building Planned for Downtown Fishers. Indy Star Nickel Plate Trail A Fishers developer plans to build a 2-story office building in the city’s technology corridor next to the Nickel Plate Trail and will move its headquarters to a rehabbed building next door.

Ongoing Issues and Concerns

A few neighbors back up to the Nickle Plate Trail and have privacy concerns. In the coming weeks. I plan on knocking on these neighbors' doors for feedback. Fishers Council approved a change in the PUD to allow more latitude for privacy for these parcels. We are also looking at connecting behind a couple of houses on Berkley Grove's land. 5G Tower Update Permits for the 5G towers have been delayed until January 11th to review some legal questions. I'm not supporting any unwanted and unsightly tower in front of a family home. Tower Sites hearing at the January 18th Public Works meeting are listed below.
